Common questions
Did anything change in TallyPrime when an entry failed?
No. A failed entry saves nothing in TallyPrime, and fixing and saving it again sends the same entry rather than a new one, so it never goes in twice.
Is my data safe if the connector or TallyPrime closes in the middle of a save?
Yes. Balancely reads every saved entry back from TallyPrime, and the same entry saved again never goes in twice. If a save did not finish, open the entry in History and check it in TallyPrime before you save it again.
Where do I see what failed and why?
In History in the Accounts workspace: each entry shows its status and, for a failed one, the reason and a Fix button.
