Refunds and cancellation
How a plan is cancelled, what happens to the month you paid for, and when we refund.

Delivery
Balancely is a digital service. Access to a paid plan is granted as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. There is nothing to ship, and no delivery charge.
Cancelling a monthly plan
- Cancel any time from Plan & billing in your dashboard. No email or phone call is needed.
- The mandate is stopped at the payment provider straight away, so nothing further is charged.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee, and we do not refund the remaining days of a month that is already running.
A single month, paid once
A month bought outright is not a subscription: it runs for one month and then the account returns to the Free plan on its own. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
When we refund
Write to support@balancely.in within 7 days of the charge, with the payment reference from your invoice. We reply within 2 working days. Where a refund is due we approve it and Razorpay returns the money to the method you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- You were charged twice for the same month, or charged after cancelling.
- The payment went through but the plan did not turn on, and we could not put it right.
- A fault on our side made the plan unusable for a significant part of the month.
When we do not refund
- A month you used and then decided not to continue with — cancel instead, and the plan simply stops renewing.
- TallyPrime being closed, a computer being switched off, or an internet outage on your side.
- Going over a plan limit, which stops further operations rather than charging you more.
Failed renewals
If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider retries it over the following days and your plan keeps working meanwhile. If the retries are exhausted the plan returns to Free and nothing further is charged. You can start a plan again at any time.
The free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
